Bonafide Xchange Companion Code of Conduct

1. Represent yourself honestly

Companions must keep their profile information accurate and up to date.

This includes images, location, availability, rates, services offered, boundaries, booking preferences, verification status and any relevant terms.

Misleading profiles, false claims, stolen images, impersonation or deliberately inaccurate information may result in account review or removal.

2. Your boundaries are yours

Companions have the right to decide:

• Who they see
• What services they offer
• What they do not offer
• Their rates and deposits
• Their cancellation terms
• Their availability
• Their communication style

BFX supports companions setting clear boundaries. The expectation is that those boundaries are communicated honestly and respectfully so clients understand what is and is not available.

3. Communicate clearly and professionally

Companions are expected to communicate with clients in a clear, respectful and timely manner where possible.

This does not mean being available 24/7. It means avoiding unnecessary confusion, misleading responses, or accepting enquiries you have no intention of honouring.

If a booking does not suit you, you are allowed to decline. A clear "no thank you" or no further engagement is better than feeling pressured into something that does not feel right.

4. Use booking tools responsibly

BFX tools such as Booking Lounge™, response timers, structured enquiries, client profiles and future review features are designed to reduce burnout, ghosting and time-wasting.

Companions should use these tools honestly and avoid manipulating platform systems, submitting false reports, making malicious claims or using features to punish clients unfairly.

Platform tools work best when everyone uses them in good faith.

5. Honour agreed bookings where safe to do so

If a companion agrees to a booking, they are expected to honour the agreed time, location, rate and terms unless there is a genuine reason to cancel or change the arrangement.

Companions always have the right to cancel or leave if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, misled, pressured or disrespected.

However, repeated unexplained cancellations, misleading availability or unreliable booking behaviour may affect client trust and platform integrity.

6. Be clear about deposits, rates and cancellation terms

Companions are responsible for clearly communicating their rates, deposit requirements, cancellation fees and payment expectations before a booking is confirmed.

Clients should not be left guessing about costs or terms.

Clear expectations protect your time, reduce disputes and help avoid uncomfortable conversations later.

7. Respect client privacy

Clients also have a right to privacy and discretion.

Companions must not expose, threaten, shame, dox, record, screenshot or share private client information without consent, unless disclosure is necessary for safety, legal reasons or platform reporting.

This includes names, phone numbers, workplace details, addresses, conversations, images, booking history or personal circumstances.

8. Safety comes first

Companions are encouraged to trust their instincts, use screening where appropriate, set clear boundaries and report concerning behaviour.

BFX does not expect companions to continue communication or proceed with a booking if something feels unsafe, pressured, dishonest or disrespectful.

Your safety matters more than politeness.

9. Respect other companions

BFX is not a space for bullying, shaming, copying, outing, sabotaging or harassing other companions.

Disagreements may happen, but companions are expected to avoid public attacks, malicious reporting, gossip-based harm, or behaviour that damages another provider's safety, reputation or livelihood.

The platform is built on community, not competition at any cost.

10. Zero tolerance behaviour

BFX may restrict or remove companion accounts for behaviour including but not limited to:

• Fake or misleading profiles
• Stolen images or impersonation
• Repeated dishonest booking behaviour
• Harassment, threats or abuse
• Privacy breaches or doxxing
• Malicious reporting
• Scamming or payment manipulation
• Misuse of platform tools
• Unsafe conduct that puts others at risk

11. Live Feed

What you can and can't post in a post

Posts are public. Anyone who can see your profile can see them, including people who aren't signed in, and search engines may index them. Post as though a stranger will read it, because one will.

1. Nobody under 18, and nothing that suggests otherwise. Never post an image of, or a reference to, a person under 18. Don't use words or themes that suggest youth or school settings, even as a style. This applies no matter who is actually in the photo.
2. Only your own images, and only of you. Post photos you took or own, showing you. Don't post images of another person — a client, a friend, another companion — even with a face cropped out, and even if they said yes. Don't post images you found online, bought, or generated to look like someone else.
3. Don't name or describe anyone else. No client names, nicknames, workplaces, initials, car details, phone numbers, social handles, or anything else that could identify a person. That includes warnings about a bad client — use the reporting tools and Safety Xchange for that, never a public post. Naming someone publicly can expose both you and BFX to a defamation claim.
4. Don't describe sexual services. Keep posts to where you are, when you're available, what's new, and what you're offering in general terms. Don't list or describe specific sexual acts. Advertising rules for sexual services differ between states and territories, and some of them make a public description of services unlawful.
5. No health claims. Don't say or imply that you are clean, tested, disease free, or free of any infection. Several states prohibit this in an advertisement, and it is unsafe messaging regardless.
6. Never advertise unprotected services. No references to bareback, raw, natural, or anything else meaning sex without a condom, in any wording.
7. Nothing illegal, and nothing that helps something illegal. No drugs offered, sought or referenced. No weapons. No stolen goods. No offers to work outside the law. No content suggesting anyone is being coerced, controlled, or is not working freely.
8. No harassment, no pile-ons. Don't use a post to attack, mock, threaten or shame anyone — a client, another companion, a staff member, or a group of people. No content that demeans someone on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation.
9. Nothing shocking or violent. No violence, injury, cruelty, or content designed to distress. No content involving animals.
10. Keep it honest. Don't advertise availability you don't have, dates you're not travelling, or rates you won't honour. Don't post someone else's photos as your own, and don't post photos so old or altered that they misrepresent how you look now.
11. Don't send people somewhere we can't see. The link on a post can only point to your BFX profile or to a social account you've already added to your profile. Don't use link shorteners, and don't link to payment pages, wallets, or file downloads. If you want to sell content or take a deposit, use the Booking Lounge.
12. Don't share payment or contact details in public. No bank details, PayID, crypto addresses, phone numbers or personal email in a post. Share those in a chat with a client, where they belong.
13. Your BFX Terms and Code of Conduct still apply here. Posts are part of your profile. Anything that would breach the rules on your profile breaches them in a post.

What happens if a post breaks these rules

We may remove any post without warning. If we do, we'll email you the reason, and the post and its photo come off your public profile straight away. We keep a record of removed posts and their photos for safety and legal reasons, so removal is not the same as deletion. Repeated breaches can lead to your profile being suspended. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal from your dashboard.

Anyone signed in can report a post. Reports are read by BFX staff only, and we never tell you who reported you. We review reports within two business days, and we prioritise anything about safety or illegal content.

Final reminder

BFX respects companions as independent professionals.

You are allowed to have boundaries.
You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to protect your time, energy and safety.

This Code of Conduct exists to keep the platform honest, respectful and safe for the people using it properly.
