Clients
BFX is for adults only.
Clients must be legally old enough to access adult advertising content in their location and must follow BFX’s platform rules, communication standards and safety requirements.
Client verification may be introduced or expanded as BFX develops.
The goal is to improve trust and reduce poor behaviour, fake accounts, harassment and time-wasting. Some features may eventually require a higher level of client verification.
No verification system can guarantee every element of a profile indefinitely.
Verification can help establish that a real person is connected to an account, while accurate and regularly updated profile information remains important.
BFX helps clients communicate more clearly and respectfully with companions.
Instead of sending vague or rushed messages, clients can provide better information upfront, understand provider boundaries and use structured tools designed to make bookings smoother for everyone.
No. Companions are independent and have full control over who they choose to see.
Sending a message or booking request does not guarantee acceptance. Respectful communication, clear information and following the provider’s instructions will always improve your chances.
Companions may not reply for many reasons.
They may be unavailable, fully booked, resting, screening, managing high message volume, or they may feel the enquiry is not suitable. A lack of reply should never be treated as permission to pressure, spam or repeatedly contact them.
A good first message is clear, respectful and includes the key details a companion needs.
This may include your name or alias, preferred date and time, booking length, location, whether it is incall or outcall, and confirmation that you have read their profile and boundaries.
Clients should avoid vague messages, explicit pressure, negotiation, disrespectful comments, repeated follow-ups, boundary-pushing or asking for services the provider has not advertised.
A respectful message is much more likely to receive a positive response.
No. BFX encourages clients to respect the rates listed by companions and providers.
Rates reflect time, energy, experience, preparation, boundaries, business costs and emotional labour. Negotiating can come across as disrespectful and may result in no response.
Yes, provided you have genuinely met with the companion and the booking was confirmed through BFX.
To help maintain fairness and authenticity, reviews can only be left by clients who have completed a verified booking through the platform. BFX does not permit fake, misleading or malicious reviews.
Yes. Companions are independent adults and can decline any enquiry or booking for any reason.
A declined booking should be respected immediately.
Companions & Providers
Independent companions, escorts and providers who are legally able to advertise and provide adult services in their location may create a profile, subject to BFX approval and platform requirements.
BFX may request verification steps to help protect the platform and its users.
A Bonafide Companion is a verified profile that has completed BFX’s verification process.
A Casual Companion may have a profile on the platform but has not completed the same level of verification. This distinction helps clients understand the level of verification connected to each profile.
Verification helps improve trust, safety and credibility across the platform.
For companions, it can help show clients that your profile is more established and genuine. For clients, it gives more confidence that they are viewing a real profile.
Verification does not guarantee a booking outcome, but it helps create a stronger foundation of trust.
No.
Both verified and unverified companions are welcome on BFX.
However, verification helps build trust and credibility with potential clients and may increase your chances of attracting higher-quality enquiries and bookings.
Verified profiles make it easier for clients to feel confident that they are communicating with a genuine provider, which can help create a smoother booking experience for everyone.
Yes. Your public profile can use your professional or working name.
Any legal or verification information requested by BFX is handled separately and is not displayed publicly unless you choose to include it yourself.
No.
Any information provided to BFX for verification or account administration purposes remains private and is not displayed publicly.
For your safety and discretion, we recommend avoiding the publication of personal information such as your legal name, home address or personal contact details on your profile. 💛
Yes. You control what you choose to advertise on your profile.
BFX encourages companions and providers to be clear about their boundaries, services, preferences and expectations. Clear information helps reduce unsuitable enquiries and protects your time.
Yes. You can update your profile information, images, availability, pricing, services and other details through your dashboard.
Keeping your profile updated helps clients understand what you currently offer and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.
Yes.
If you're taking a break, fully booked, travelling or simply unavailable, you can deactivate your profile at any time through the Account section of your User Dashboard. Your profile can be reactivated whenever you're ready to return.
Yes. BFX is being built with safety and accountability in mind.
Where available, companions can report concerning behaviour, inappropriate messages or repeated boundary-pushing. BFX may take action if a user breaches platform standards.
No platform can guarantee that every person will behave safely or respectfully.
BFX provides tools, structure and standards to help reduce risk, but companions should always use their own screening, boundaries and safety processes before accepting any booking.
No. You are always in control of who you choose to communicate with and whether you accept or decline a booking request.
BFX does not pressure companions to accept enquiries, clients or bookings.
Yes. Companions and providers are responsible for setting their own rates, deposits, cancellation policies, travel fees and booking conditions.
BFX does not set or control provider pricing.
Yes, where available. Touring features or add-ons may allow you to show travel plans, visiting locations and tour availability.
Touring tools are designed to help companions promote trips more clearly and reduce repetitive enquiries from clients asking where and when you will be available.
Depending on your membership or profile setup, you may be able to advertise more than one location or include touring information.
Location visibility may also be designed to protect privacy, such as showing general areas rather than exact addresses.
Bookings & Booking Lounge
The Booking Lounge is a BFX feature designed to help clients post structured booking requests and allow suitable companions to respond.
Instead of clients messaging multiple providers with incomplete details, the Booking Lounge helps organise the process and reduce wasted time.
A client creates a booking request with key details such as location, date, time, booking length and preferences.
Companions can then view suitable requests and choose whether they want to respond. This gives providers more control and helps clients receive interest from companions who are actually available.
No. Companions can choose whether or not to respond.
The Booking Lounge is designed to create opportunity, not pressure.
No. A Booking Lounge request does not guarantee a booking.
It simply allows clients to express what they are looking for in a more structured way and gives companions the option to respond if they are interested.
The Booking Lounge helps reduce repetitive enquiries, poor-quality messages and time-wasting.
Companions can view relevant booking details upfront and decide whether a request suits their availability, boundaries and preferences before engaging.
It can also help companions discover opportunities they may have otherwise missed. With thousands of profiles on advertising platforms, some clients may never come across your profile. The Booking Lounge allows companions to actively browse booking requests, connect with suitable clients and potentially generate work during quieter periods.
The Booking Lounge helps clients communicate clearly and connect with available companions more efficiently.
It's particularly useful for clients who don't have the time to search through countless profiles, send multiple enquiries, or engage in endless back-and-forth conversations with companions who may not be available or interested.
By posting a structured booking request, clients can outline what they're looking for and allow suitable companions to express interest, saving time for everyone involved.
Unlike traditional enquiries, the Booking Lounge is specifically designed to streamline the booking process. It provides a structured way to submit and manage booking requests, review key details upfront, track booking statuses, and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
The platform can assist with booking confirmations, booking management, and deposit receipt requests where applicable.
No.
The Booking Lounge is completely optional. While it can help streamline the booking process and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth communication, companions and clients are free to use traditional enquiries if they prefer, or a bit of both.
Yes. Direct messaging remains available for general communication, while the Booking Lounge is focused on booking-related interactions and management.
Open the booking request in your Booking Lounge and review the details. You can then accept, decline, request changes, or continue the conversation before making a decision.
The client will be notified of your response and can take the next step, such as confirming the booking, providing payment details, or discussing any outstanding requirements.
Yes, you are not obligated to respond to every request. However, timely responses help create a better experience and may improve your visibility and engagement on the platform.
Absolutely. You have full control over which clients and booking requests you choose to engage with.
Yes. You can review the client's profile and available information before deciding whether to respond to or accept a booking request.
Yes. The Booking Lounge allows you to filter bookings by different time periods, helping you quickly view upcoming, current, or past engagements.
If you're looking for additional bookings during quieter periods, the Booking Lounge can help by allowing you to browse active booking requests posted by clients.
Requests are displayed with urgency indicators, making it easier to identify clients who are looking to book soon and find opportunities that suit your availability, preferences and boundaries.
Privacy & Safety
BFX is designed with safety in mind, but no online platform can remove every risk.
BFX provides tools, standards and reporting options to support safer communication. Users should still use personal judgement, screening, boundaries and safety planning.
BFX includes safety-focused features such as profile verification, reporting tools, structured enquiries, communication standards, profile controls and the Safety Xchange.
The Safety Xchange allows companions to share and access community safety information, helping providers make more informed decisions and support one another. Additional safety features may be introduced as the platform continues to grow.
Client screening may vary depending on the platform stage and available features.
Companions should continue using their own screening process and should not rely solely on BFX when making safety decisions.
Yes.
Users can report behaviour that appears unsafe, threatening, harassing, misleading, coercive or otherwise in breach of BFX standards.
BFX reviews all reports and may investigate and take appropriate action where necessary to help maintain a safer and more respectful community.
BFX does not publicly display private account or verification information.
Users should also avoid sharing personal details with other users unless they are comfortable doing so and it is necessary for their own booking process.
BFX aims to protect companion privacy.
Location tools may show general areas, incall regions or outcall radius rather than exact addresses. Exact location details should only be shared directly between parties after a booking has been confirmed, where appropriate.
Yes.
BFX encourages clients to use an alias rather than their real name to help protect privacy and discretion. Public profiles are designed to share only the information necessary to facilitate respectful communication and bookings.
Clients remain responsible for providing any information a companion may reasonably require as part of their own screening or booking process.
No. BFX does not support harassment, coercion, threats, pressure, repeated unwanted contact or boundary-pushing.
Users who behave inappropriately may have their account restricted, suspended or removed.
Rules & Conduct
BFX expects all users to communicate respectfully, honestly and clearly.
Users should respect boundaries, avoid pressure, provide accurate information and understand that every booking is based on mutual consent.
Users may be removed for harassment, threats, scams, fake profiles, repeated boundary-pushing, unsafe behaviour, abusive communication, impersonation, misuse of the platform or breaching BFX rules.
Yes. BFX may refuse, pause, restrict or remove accounts that do not meet platform standards or that raise safety, legal, trust or conduct concerns.
BFX may review reports, platform activity or content where needed to enforce safety and conduct standards.
Private communication should still be approached carefully by all users.
False or misleading information can damage trust and safety.
BFX may restrict or remove accounts found to be using fake details, stolen images, impersonation or dishonest profile information.
Payments & Deposits
No. BFX does not process booking payments between clients and companions.
Any deposits, fees or payment arrangements are handled directly between the client and provider.
Many companions require deposits to protect their time and reduce cancellations or no-shows.
Clients should follow the provider’s listed booking process and never pressure a provider to waive their usual requirements.
No. Because BFX does not hold or process booking payments, BFX cannot refund deposits or fees paid directly to a provider.
Deposit arrangements are between the client and provider.
BFX may review reports if a user believes platform rules have been breached, but BFX cannot guarantee the outcome of private payment disputes.
Users should keep clear records and only proceed with arrangements they are comfortable with.
Legal & Responsibility
No. BFX does not arrange, manage or participate in bookings.
BFX provides an advertising and communication platform. Any booking, meeting, agreement or payment is arranged directly between the client and provider.

BFX may restrict access or remove content that appears to breach legal or platform requirements.
No. BFX does not allow illegal content, illegal services, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, underage content, threats, scams or unsafe conduct.
Any suspected illegal activity may result in account removal and further action where appropriate.

Offers may vary and are available for a limited time only.
Profile & Dashboard
The companion dashboard is where providers manage their BFX profile, images, information, visibility, enquiries and platform tools.
It is designed to give companions more control over how they present themselves and manage their time.
A strong profile usually includes clear images, a warm introduction, location details, availability, services, boundaries, rates, booking instructions and any important expectations.
The clearer your profile is, the easier it is for suitable clients to approach you properly.
No, but clear and high-quality images can help your profile stand out.
You should only upload images you are comfortable using and have the right to publish.
Yes. Many companions prefer discreet images that protect their identity.
You can choose images that suit your comfort level, branding and privacy needs.
A main image helps your profile look complete and credible.
Profiles without images may receive less attention because clients often rely on visuals when browsing listings.
BFX may provide resources, tips or education to help companions improve their profiles, communication, boundaries and booking process.
The goal is to support providers without making them feel judged or pressured.
Establishments
Yes. BFX may offer profile options for establishments such as agencies, brothels or adult service businesses, depending on eligibility and platform rules.
An establishment profile represents a business rather than one individual provider.
It may include business information, location details, services, contact options, available providers and other establishment-specific information.
Yes.
BFX establishment profiles are designed to support multiple providers, allowing clients to browse available companions and connect with your business through a single profile.
BFX may require additional checks for establishments to confirm legitimacy, business details or suitability for the platform.
Verification requirements may vary depending on the account type.
