Bonafide Xchange Content Creator Code of Conduct

1. 18+ only

All BFX Content Creators must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone appearing in uploaded or promoted content must also be 18+.

Content depicting, referring to, sexualising, or reasonably appearing to involve a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Consent

Creators must have permission to upload, publish, advertise, or distribute content featuring another identifiable person.

Do not upload leaked, stolen, secretly recorded, or non-consensual content.

3. Ownership & copyright

Only upload content you own, created, or have permission to use. Do not copy, repost, sell, or distribute another creator's work without authorisation.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4. Honest advertising

Profiles, pricing, promotions, descriptions, and advertisements must be reasonably accurate. Do not deliberately misrepresent what a customer will receive.

Important conditions attached to an offer should be made clear before purchase. Fake testimonials, credentials, or deceptive promotions are not permitted.

5. Payments & paid content

Creators may advertise paid content, pricing, subscriptions, promotions, creator platforms, and relevant payment methods where permitted by BFX.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their payment methods and transactions comply with applicable laws and payment-provider requirements. Never request passwords, PINs, security codes, or other sensitive financial information.

6. External links

Creators may share relevant links connected with their creator business, including websites, social media, subscription platforms, portfolios, and approved payment links.

Links must not intentionally redirect users to malicious, fraudulent, misleading, or illegal destinations.

7. Privacy

Do not publish another person's private or identifying information without permission.

This includes private phone numbers, addresses, identification documents, private conversations, financial information, or other confidential material.

8. Respectful behaviour

Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, or sustained targeting of another creator or BFX member is not permitted.

Professional disagreement is allowed; personal attacks and harassment are not.

9. Impersonation & false identities

Do not impersonate another creator, public figure, business, or BFX member.

Stage names and creator names are permitted, but profiles must not intentionally deceive users into believing they are dealing with another real person or business.

10. Fraud & scams

BFX must not be used for scams, fraudulent competitions, fake sales, misleading payment requests, dishonest financial schemes, or deliberately deceptive activity.

BFX may request further information where activity appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

11. Promotions, giveaways & competitions

Creators are responsible for ensuring promotions, competitions, or giveaways they advertise comply with applicable requirements.

Any material conditions, eligibility rules, purchase requirements, or limitations should be clearly disclosed.

12. Content standards

Content must comply with applicable law and BFX platform rules.

BFX may restrict or remove content involving illegal material, non-consensual content, exploitation, credible threats, extreme harassment, fraud, or serious safety risks.

13. Collaborations

Creators are responsible for discussing boundaries, usage rights, payment arrangements, and expectations with collaborators before creating or distributing collaborative content.

Clear consent and written agreements are strongly encouraged where appropriate.

14. Verification & information

Creators must not deliberately provide false information during BFX verification. BFX may request information to confirm identity, age, ownership, or authenticity.

Verification does not mean BFX guarantees a creator, their content, services, or transactions.

15. Reporting concerns

Creators are encouraged to report suspected scams, harassment, stolen content, impersonation, safety concerns, or serious breaches of this Code to BFX Admin.

Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

16. Breaches

Depending on the seriousness or frequency of a breach, BFX may remove content, issue a warning, restrict platform functionality, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently remove an account.

Serious safety, consent, fraud, or illegal-content concerns may result in immediate action.

17. Have your say

BFX is built alongside the people who use it.

Content Creators are encouraged to share ideas, feedback, feature suggestions, or concerns through the Have Your Say option in the dashboard, which connects directly to BFX Admin.
